Starting up a new site but can't decide between Pligg or Drigg? The main developer for Drigg who is also a columnist at FSM, Tony Mobily, talks about some differences between the two Digg like CMSs, where each system is at the moment (4/13/2008) and the future of Drigg. Of course Drigg will except Drupal modules and not to mention a solid code base which is easily upgradeable for future releases and that might give it the leading edge for stability and more options to give your site that personal touch.

What an Excellent post by Tony, and oh so true!. Drigg basically needs better promotion as it is the better system, pligg's lackluster development team have become secretive along with the project not receiving updates for nearly six months.
If you haven't tried Drigg please do and you wont be disappointed.
